Where is the Documentation Centre?

The Documentation Centre is on the ground floor of IBE UNESCO. Visitors must enter upstairs from the first floor where they will be welcomed by library staff at the Welcome Desk.

Can I visit the physical collections?

IBE-UNESCO and other UN agency staff may consult the physical collections during opening hours.

External visitors and researchers are required to book an appointment in advance. To book an appointment to visit the Historical Collections, please contact the Documentation Centre at the following email address:

When is the Documentation Centre open?

The Documentation Centre is open two days a month to educational professionals, researchers and students from affiliated organizations and universities. At other times, the centre is open by appointment only.

The Documentation Centre is closed on public and official IBE UNESCO holidays.

Can I access the Historical Collections online?

The Historical Collections can be accessed remotely, navigated, and downloaded via TIND. To access TIND, users may log in here:
