Translated Scope and Content
This file contains photos of the IBE's summer courses (1928, 1931 and 1932). On one of the photos, a number has been added by hand on some of the participants, which suggests that the photo has been captioned, but this caption cannot be found. The summer courses of the International Bureau of Education were seminars lasting a few days organized during the summer and aimed at teaching staff from all over the world. For a few days, the aim of these courses was to train teachers to "make the League of Nations known and develop the spirit of International Cooperation" among their students. 7 sessions were organised between 1928 and 1934.
