Elle contient des reçus ou factures du BIE pour différents frais de fonctionnement : versement à titre d'allocation extraordinaire pour le renchérissement de la vie, les étrennes de Noël pour le concierge, frais de nettoyage, blanchissage (essuie-mains, torchons, poussière, etc.), plomberie, travail temporaire, garde de l'exposition, factures d'imprimeurs pour différents travaux (feuilles pour les timbres, prospectus), fabriques de meubles, abonnement de téléphone, tirage de photos (portraits du personnel), etc. Ce dossier contenant des documents numérotés de 474 à 855 concerne les frais de fonctionnement du BIE, du 1er juillet au 31 décembre 1945.
Translated Scope and Content
This series is one of the documents found in the IBE's cellar that were not included in the initial inventory of the Historical Archives. It contains receipts or invoices from the IBE for various operating costs: payment as an extraordinary allowance for the cost of living, Christmas presents for the caretaker, cleaning costs, laundering (towels, tea towels, dust, etc.), plumbing, temporary work, guarding of the exhibition, printer's invoices for various jobs (stamp sheets, leaflets), furniture factories, telephone subscriptions, photo printing (staff portraits), etc. The series is one of the documents found in the IBE's cellar that were not included in the initial inventory of the Historical Archives. This file containing documents numbered from 474 to 855 concerns the IBE's operating costs from 1 July to 31 December 1945.
