Ce dossier annexe au C.4.3.115 comprend différentes versions d'un Mémorandum sur le BIE, malheureusement non datées, et les listes des pays auxquels il a été envoyé de 1938 à 1957. Il convient de noter que ce dossier annexe n'existait pas dans le classement initial mais qu'il a été créé au moment du classement et de l'inventaire des archives : en effet , la cote d'origine des documents (A.12.1) renvoie aux réunions du Conseil. Il contient également un exemplaire des statuts du BIE.
Translated Scope and Content
This file annexed to C.4.3.115 includes different versions of a Memorandum on the IBE, unfortunately undated, and the lists of countries to which it was sent from 1938 to 1957. It should be noted that this appendix file did not exist in the initial classification, but that it was created when the archives were classified and inventoried: the original symbol of the documents (A.12.1) refers to the meetings of the Council. It also contains a copy of the Statutes of the IBE.
