Translated Scope and Content
Each file in this group contains correspondence exchanged between the IBE and various foreign (e.g. Australian Council for Educational Research or The Educational Institute of Scotland) or international (e.g. International Committee of Historical Sciences or International Federation of Organizations for School Correspondence and Exchanges) institutions. With the exception of the League for New Education, a member of the IBE and for which explicit reference is made to Group A.1, these are institutions that were not members of the IBE but with which the IBE maintained relations. This file contains the correspondence between the IBE and the League for New Education (The New Education Fellowship, London) from 1934 to 1957.
