Translated Scope and Content
The Maiorescu Stamp, the third in the series inaugurated by the Pestalozzi Stamp, was issued by the General Directorate of the Post, Telegraphs and Telephones of Romania in favour of the IBE's Intellectual Assistance Service. This file contains the correspondence between the IBE and the Courvoisier printing house, responsible for printing the Maiorescu Stamp, in 1942.
