The Pestalozzi Stamp is a charity stamp issued by the IBE for the benefit of its Intellectual Assistance Service for Prisoners of War. This file contains the correspondence between the IBE, the Swiss government and the Swiss Postal Telegraph and Telephone agency concerning the distribution of the Pestalozzi Stamp, from 1940 to 1941.
