Cette série contient la correspondance, classée par ordre chronologique, échangée entre le BIE et différentes institutions étrangères (Australian Council for Educational Research ou The Educational Institute of Scotland, par exemple) ou internationales (Comité international des sciences historiques ou Fédération internationale des organisations de correspondance et d’échanges scolaires, par exemple). Exception faite de la Ligue pour l’éducation nouvelle, membre du BIE et pour laquelle un renvoi est explicitement fait au groupe A.1, il s’agit d’institutions qui n’étaient pas membres du BIE mais avec lesquelles le BIE entretenait des relations.

This series contains the correspondence, classified in chronological order, exchanged between the IBE and various foreign (e.g. Australian Council for Educational Research or The Educational Institute of Scotland) or international (e.g. International Committee of Historical Sciences or International Federation of Organizations for School Correspondence and Exchanges) institutions. With the exception of the League for New Education, a member of the IBE and for which explicit reference is made to Group A.1, these are institutions that were not members of the IBE but with which the IBE maintained relations.
