Le contenu des dossiers de cette série est très hétérogène : des rapports envoyés à l’ancien Conseil entre 1926 et 1929, des rapports mensuellement établis par la section d’information de janvier à mai 1932 et des plans d’activité hebdomadaires qui, de janvier à mars 1954, de janvier à mai 1955 et de janvier à octobre 1957, donnent sur une fiche établie chaque semaine, pour chaque employé, le récapitulatif des activités achevées et commencées. Si les rapports fournis à l’ancien Conseil sont intéressants par les traces des activités antérieures à 1929 qu’ils fournissent, les rapports de la section d’information, outre leur aspect très ponctuel, ne donnent pas de détails sur le type de renseignements demandés.

The contents of the files in this series are very heterogeneous: reports sent to the old Council between 1926 and 1929, monthly reports prepared by the Information Section from January to May 1932, and weekly activity plans which, from January to March 1954, January to May 1955 and January to October 1957, give a summary of activities completed and begun for each employee on a weekly sheet. While the reports provided to the old Board are interesting in the traces of pre-1929 activities they provide, the reports of the Information Section, apart from being very ad hoc, do not give details of the type of information requested.
