Cette série est divisé en 6 séries différentes et regroupe : des dossiers intéressants en tant que tel, comme ceux de la série consacrée aux bâtiments (A.5.6) ; des dossiers intéressants par la possibilité qu’ils offrent de procéder à des analyses sérielles ou de longue durée dans le domaine financier (A.5.1) ou de celui de la diffusion des publications du BIE (A.5.3) ; des dossiers intéressants pour les documents qui amènent incidemment des renseignements sur autre chose, soit le contenu de l’exposition du BIE (A.5.2 et A.5.7) ; des dossiers beaucoup plus minces n’offrant que des renseignements ponctuels et souvent insignifiants (A.5.4, 5 et 8). Tous ont pour point commun de traiter des sujets financiers, matériels ou de logistique.

This series is divided into 6 different series and includes: dossiers of interest in their own right, such as those in the series on buildings (A.5.6); dossiers of interest because they offer the possibility of serial or long-term analysis in the financial field (A.5.1) or that of the dissemination of IBE publications (A.5.3); files of interest for documents which incidentally provide information on something else, such as the contents of the IBE exhibition (A.5.2 and A.5.7); much thinner files offering only specific and often insignificant information (A.5.4, 5 and 8). They all have in common that they deal with financial, material or logistical matters.
