Ce sous-fonds très dense contient principalement les documents relatifs aux relations du BIE avec ses membres (en majorité les Etats, mais aussi d'autres Organisations, associations et individus). Il contient également les dossiers sur la Conférence Internationale de l'Education, les dossiers du personnel, les rapports du Secrétariat, le Service d'Aide Intellectuelle aux Prisonniers de guerre (S.A.I.P.), les timbres du BIE et enfin les documents relatifs au budget et à la comptabilité. Le chercheur devra se référer à la description du contenu des séries et des sous-séries pour faciliter l'exploration de ce sous-fonds.

This very dense sub-fonds contains mainly documents relating to the IBE's relations with its members (mainly States, but also other organizations, associations and individuals). It also contains the files on the International Conference on Education, staff files, reports of the Secretariat, the Intellectual Assistance Service for Prisoners of War (I.A.S.P.), IBE stamps and, finally, documents relating to the budget and accounts. The researcher should refer to the description of the contents of the series and sub-series to facilitate the exploration of this sub-foundation.
